This project was developed for an agriculture company to digitally transform their human resource workflow of tracking work orders.
The Problem:
Before the digital transformation, conductors (team leaders of a team of workers) from the agriculture company will need to fill in a form on paper for a work they need to do for approval. Since the farm area is large (>200 acres), it was impractical for conductors to travel to the office to submit the form and to log the work. Internet connection is somewhat accessible in the area. They will also need to travel back to the office at the end of the day to log how much work each workers in their team had done.
The solution:
A work order management system was built to solve this problem. The system is accessible by the HR staff and the workers via web through desktop and mobile. The conductors will only need to submit and log their work online, thus eliminating the need to physically travel to the office.
